Options Program School Counselor & Social Worker
The Options Program School Counselor helps each student choose courses and develop a plan for graduation, provides social/emotional support and assists with navigating barriers to learning, and communicates with parents about their child’s progress.
The Options Program School Social Worker provides social, emotional, and/or behavioral support for students. She helps students and families through crises – big or small. The social worker can assist families in developing strategies to help a struggling student get back on track. She can also refer students and/or families to appropriate agencies or programs.
